What are the benefits of baby signing?

It has been proven by Drs Acredelo and Goodwyn that babies who sign outperform non signing babies (Acredelo and Goodwyn 1996 pp 16).

It has been proven that a signing child of 24 months will know 50 more spoken words than a non-signing child!

Baby Signing Classes

Happy Signers offer bespoke BSL baby signing classes for children aged 6 months to four years in a fun, friendly environment.

Our courses are five weeks in duration of an hour long (45 minutes signing and free refreshments afterwards). We aim to teach your child(ren) 10 signs per week covering various topics.
